June 15th
The day
started well as I unwrapped my dyeing parcels. It is always exciting to see the
resulting colours. I had used a lot of
red gum leaves, saw dust and bark so it seems appropriate to hang them in a red
gum to dry.
We unearthed
the paper we had buried..rather disappointing so far. However I worked with
both sheets, one of which was torn into 4 pieces so I am pleased that I could
use them to some advantage.
The weather
has clouded over and we expect rain. Another great day.
